Matt Brady
Field Instructor
Matt joined us in 2022 and he has been working with us in between western assigments and prescribed burns. He also teaches with us at the Suncoast Fire Academy in Sarasota.
Paul Stamm
Field Instructor
Paul is the newest Instructor to join our company in 2023. He retired as an engineer from San Jose, CA fire department after 20 years of service.
During his time at San Jose, He was assigned to the wildland division for many years and ended his career as a tiller on an aerial ladder truck.
He is currently a member of a Disaster Resource Group which he joined in 2022.
Roger Ness
Field Instructor
Roger Ness is a Forest Area Supervisor with the Florida Forest Service and a Military Police Officer in the Florida Army National Guard. With over 16 total years of experience in fire and Incident Command System, Roger has worked in both structural and wildland firefighting, completed EMT training, and earned multiple National Wildfire Coordinating Group (NWCG) qualifications and task book positions.
